We gladly detail the ‘on page’ and ‘off page’ services that we offer so that our clients can remain fully informed of our activities and results. We do not accept any liability for any detrimental effect of SEO services that is perceived to be a result of our work. Search engines are affected by a wide variety of variables and as we are unaware of all of the activities of third parties, your firm and its staff it is impossible for us to accurately single out any one action as the proximate cause of a rise or drop in any singular search engine listing.
For that reason we take a holistic approach and make every effort to perform work that at the very least will do no harm and at most will yield exceptionally positive results for your brand, traffic and eventual bottom line financial results. Much of our work is based on prior experience, analysis and conjecture. We welcome your input and oversight of our activities as they relate to your core business and or web properties.
While we do guarantee that the work we promise will be completed effectively and in accordance with the stated plan agreed upon at the start of our working relationship, we can not guarantee that the intended results will occur during any specific time frame. You acknowledge that our planning and explanation is a sound course of action prior to our starting any work and accept responsibility for accepting that course of action and the results that it leads to over time.
All payments are due in advance of work being started and payments are non-refundable. The payments made are deemed to be for the work provided, not for the intended result being accomplished. While our track-record speaks for itself and we are happy to show you some examples of our success, past performance can not be accurately used in all instances to predict future results.
Any actions taken by your firm outside the scope of our plan which impact your SEO values, affect your financial health or are in violation of any authority having jurisdiction are the sole responsibility of your firm. We do not accept responsibility for the actions of people beyond our control and you acknowledge that our activities are entirely severable from the efforts of others including your own company. We do not accept any ‘supervisory role’ or legal distinction as a shared entity. All intellectual property of either party to any working agreement shall remain the sole position of its creator with the limited exception of work product specifically mentioned as transferable in the written working agreement.
